'Getting Stronger | My Strength Program | Daniel Guzman Fitness'

'This is a little peak into what my strength program has looked for legs over the last 8 weeks. I\'ve been working on increasing my squat strength while also improving my hamstring development. Hope you enjoy!  Squats  ~ 6 x 8 (330 for me) ~ 80% Original 1RM  ~ Week 8 of my strength program   Leg Curls  ~ 4 x 10 (1 and a half reps) ~ Go up, come down half way, up agin and then down. That\'s 1 rep  Leg Extensions  ~ 2 x 10 (drop set)  ~ 10 reps, drop by 10lbs and do 10 more  Leg Press (Narrow + High) ~ 3 x 8  ~ 8 reps narrow stance, transition immediately into 8 reps high stance   Single Leg Hip Thrusters  ~ 1 x 50 (50 per leg)   As always, thanks for watching.
